Jalapeño Margaritas!?

One of the things I enjoy most about RVing is relaxing at the end of the day. With summertime temps in full gear a margarita is a fine way to unwind. These days I have been infusing tequila with jalapeños. Just 2 sliced up and placed in the bottle for a minimum of 3 days give a traditional margarita a bit of kick. The longer you leave the jalapeños the spicier it gets. You can remove them after a few days and store in an air tight container to use later in a great spicy Bloody Maria or a nice garnish for the cocktail of your choice.

2 oz jalapeño tequila
1 oz orange liqueur
1 1/2 limes juiced
Agave syrup to taste

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a glass rimmed with fresh cracked salt and pepper. Garnish with a slice of lime and jalapeño up or on the rocks.
